How did you made them?

I used the demo of FL Studio using the synths GMS, Harmor, and Sytrus. In terms of effects I mainly used Fruity Parametric EQ2, Fruity Waveshaper, Fruity Reeverb (1, I actually don't like F Reeverb 2), and Fruity delay 3 for those trippy echoes. So yeah the more complex synths were mainly normal synths and instruments distorted by Waveshaper, then filtered by EQ, although the wierd synth that comes after the 3rd big chord at the drop is actually a sytrus synth mostly done with FM and RM modulation. Hopefully this wasn't all gobbledygook to you... =P
